Fluiconnecto, a company of Manuli Ryco group’s Service Division, strengthens its French Service Network with the Acquisition of Ouest Flexibles.

Fluiconnecto has acquired 100% of Ouest Flexibles SAS, marking another important step in strengthening its market position in the French hydraulic service market.

Based in Rennes, Brittany, since 2001, Ouest Flexibles is the regional leader in hydraulic hose maintenance and field service solutions, serving customers across multiple industries through a fleet of approximately 20 mobile service vans operating throughout Western France.

This acquisition significantly expands Fluiconnecto’s geographic coverage and service capabilities with more than 50 vans operating in France. By combining the strengths of both organizations, we will be able to serve customers faster, increase proximity to their operations, and capture new growth opportunities across a broader customer base. The integration will also create significant cross-selling opportunities by introducing the Manuli Ryco product portfolio to Ouest Flexibles’ established customer base, further strengthening our product and service offering across the region.

Beyond expanding our footprint, this acquisition is a key milestone in the execution of our service strategy. It further enhances our ability to provide responsive, on-site hydraulic maintenance solutions and strengthens our ambition to be the preferred service partner for customers seeking reliability, safety, and uptime.
